Bruce Johnson “Go With the Flow” Print Drawing ("Drawing") Official Rules

 

All entries must occur at the Material Matters booth at the 2008 WEF Residuals and Biosolids Conference.

 

The drawing for the whimsical wastewater print will take place on Tuesday at the Material Matters booth immediately prior to lunch.

 

How to enter:

• Exchange your official drawing postcard at the Material Matters booth for an official drawing ticket/entry. Or,
• Pre-purchase a print of the new “Biosolids” Bruce Johnson artwork.  Sign up at the Material Matters booth. Or,
• View a demo of the Material Manager™ database with a Material Matters employee.  (The demo takes approximately 20 minutes.)  Drawing entry via demo is only valid for residuals land-application contractors and municipalities that land-apply residuals now or in the near future. Or,
• Material Matters, Inc. reserves the right to provide an entry to any person who visits the company's conference booth, at its sole discretion.

 

Eligibility:

1. All registrants must be 18 years of age or older or entry will be disqualified.
2. Material Matters personnel and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to win.
3. Registrant need not be present at the time of the drawing to win.

 

Prize:

One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Grand Prize consists of a “Go With the Flow” Bruce Johnson framed print (value: $500).

 

General:

By entering this drawing, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official drawing Rules and the decisions of the judges. Winner will be notified by email. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. If the winner is unable to be contacted (or does not respond) via email or telephone within 7 days of initial notification, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. All income taxes on the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions or cash redemption of prize as offered except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable. All meals, taxes, gratuities, and other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. In case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Participants waive the right to assert as a condition of winning any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any liability, which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. By accepting the prize, winner releases Material Matters, Inc. from any and all liabilities with respect to the prize and any travel related thereto, and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
